Any chat assistant that takes plain text: ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Gemini and similar. Prompts that read your calendar or email need an assistant connected to them; otherwise paste the details in yourself.
Is it free? Do I need an account?
Yes, it's free, and there's nothing to sign up for. Copy any prompt and use it. The Morning Table newsletter is optional.
Will the AI do things without asking me?
Many prompts already tell the agent to check with you first. To make it the rule for every prompt, keep “Add our house rule” switched on: we add one line asking your agent to ask before it sends, books, buys, pays for, deletes or shares anything. You can also paste that line into your assistant's custom instructions.
How are prompts localised to my country?
Your browser's language and time zone suggest a country. There's no IP lookup and nothing is sent to us. Prompts then use local supermarkets, currency, childcare and school terms, doctor terms and emergency numbers. Change it any time from the “Filled for” menu. There are 14 countries plus a Global version.
Is this medical, legal or financial advice?
No. The prompts help you organise. Health items are general information, so check with your doctor, midwife, health visitor or vet. Review anything your agent drafts before it goes anywhere.
What happens to my data?
The site has no analytics or advertising trackers. Your country, colour theme and the prompts you've tried are saved only in your own browser. If you join the newsletter, Kit stores your email address to send it. The privacy page has the details.
