Weekly meal plan from the fridge

Here's what's in my fridge and pantry: [list]. Plan 5 dinners for 2 adults and a toddler, using what we have first, max 30 minutes each, then give me a shopping list grouped by aisle for your usual supermarket or delivery app.

Every prompt you copy can carry our house rule: your agent asks you before it sends, books, buys or pays for anything.

How it works

Copy. Paste. Approve.

No apps to install and nothing to learn. If you can send a text, you can hand over the school emails.

  1. Copy a prompt

One tap. It's already filled in with your local supermarkets, currency, school terms and doctor names.

  2. Paste it into your assistant

ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Gemini or any assistant you trust. For weekly jobs, use its scheduled tasks if it has them.

  3. Approve what it drafts

Your agent plans, drafts and reminds. You stay the one who says yes before anything is sent, booked or paid.

Our house rule for agents

Ask me before you send, book, buy, pay for, delete or share anything.

Questions

Questions parents ask

Which AI assistants do these prompts work with?

Any chat assistant that takes plain text: ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Gemini and similar. Prompts that read your calendar or email need an assistant connected to them; otherwise paste the details in yourself.

Is it free? Do I need an account?

Yes, it's free, and there's nothing to sign up for. Copy any prompt and use it. The Morning Table newsletter is optional.

Will the AI do things without asking me?

Many prompts already tell the agent to check with you first. To make it the rule for every prompt, keep “Add our house rule” switched on: we add one line asking your agent to ask before it sends, books, buys, pays for, deletes or shares anything. You can also paste that line into your assistant's custom instructions.

How are prompts localised to my country?

Your browser's language and time zone suggest a country. There's no IP lookup and nothing is sent to us. Prompts then use local supermarkets, currency, childcare and school terms, doctor terms and emergency numbers. Change it any time from the “Filled for” menu. There are 14 countries plus a Global version.

Is this medical, legal or financial advice?

No. The prompts help you organise. Health items are general information, so check with your doctor, midwife, health visitor or vet. Review anything your agent drafts before it goes anywhere.

What happens to my data?

The site has no analytics or advertising trackers. Your country, colour theme and the prompts you've tried are saved only in your own browser. If you join the newsletter, Kit stores your email address to send it. The privacy page has the details.
